Another highly intense year with repeated unwelcome surprises has come and gone. But are circumstances really still just as grave? There are things we’ve come to terms with and others we’ve learnt to appreciate in a whole new way. We meet up when we really have something to say. Some trips have been replaced with more eco-friendly, virtual ones and hybrid events and remote working will stay with us for some time to come. We’ve learnt to respond flexibly, which has made us optimistic about seeing the positives in future too.
So it’s all the more important that we take time at the end of a year like this to relax and recharge our batteries.
